U.S. College Talent ID Camp
In 2025 and 2026, Crew Connection held the first UK Talent ID Camp at Thames Rowing Club, bringing together U.S. college recruiting coaches and ambitious athletes looking to take their rowing to the next level.
Athletes had the opportunity to:
Meet coaches from leading U.S. universities
Complete short- erg testing
Take part in tank sessions
Attend a focused recruiting workshop
Learn directly from coaches about their programmes and expectations
Cox-specific recruiting talk and cox bootcamp.
College recruiting spots and university offers were handed out on the day, and athletes left with clear next steps for their recruiting journey.
Stay tuned for future Talent ID Camps, with more locations worldwide.
