The programme

Everything a productive summer block should have

Two weeks living and training together, with rowers from around the world. You leave fitter, stronger, technically sharper, and with a clear plan for college recruiting.

On the water

Daily coaching and video

Coaching on the water every day, with video review so you see the changes as well as feel them.

Physiology

Lactate testing

Built into the erg sessions. Your results set your own training zones, so every session is pitched at the right intensity, and a retest at the end shows what moved.

Strength

Proper weights and core

Coached lifting with technique first, plus the core and trunk work that holds your power through the stroke.

Durability

Injury prevention

Daily mobility, prehab and recovery routines, plus the sleep and nutrition habits that keep you training well long after camp ends.

Recruiting

Recruiting workshops

How US college recruiting works, how coaches read an athlete, and how to talk to them. Led by people who have been through it.

Academics

SAT preparation

Structured SAT sessions built into the week, so the academic side of the US route moves forward alongside the training.
