Recruiting Preparation
We create an accelerated plan of how to speak to rowing coaches and build relationships, so you have the best chance of obtaining a recruiting spot. We help you draft emails to coaches, prepare for video call with coaches and prepare you for official visits.
Data driven insights
We assess all areas of your rowing and evaluate how you can improve to secure a recruiting place at your top choice college. Things we help you optimize: Strength, technique, nutrition, recovery, sleep, telemetry and more.
Strategic Plan
We help you set clear goals, whether it's competing for your country or securing spot in the top baot. Our expert guidance provides you with actionable steps towards achieving your aspirations. Elevating your rowing performance not only enhances your results but also increases your chances of securing a college recruiting spot.
Mindset Coaching
Drawing on our expertise of competing at the highest level, we teach our athletes the strategies needed to thrive under pressure. Our approach focuses on mindset tools that simplify training and racing, helping athletes stay calm and perform at their best during 2k erg tests and high-stakes races.

Video Analysis
We help our athletes develop their technique by providing a combination of erg and rowing video analysis. By providing constant feedback we help our athletes make technical changes allowing them to reach their full potential.
Expert rowing recruiting guidance
Engaging with our expert advice early will give you an advantage against your peers and offer a chance to learn from the best and reach your full potential. Our expert advice helps you stand out to college coaches and ace your college applications.
Athlete Mentors
Gain valuable insights from two GB athletes on physical and mental race preparation, including 2k training. Our comprehensive programs offer customized training plans and mindset coaching to help you excel physically, achieve your goals, and increase your chances of getting recruited to top college programs.
How we work
We would meet twice a month to discuss your progress with your rowing and your recruiting. We set up a WhatsApp group to answer any questions you might have and provide consistent 7 day a week support.

Expert Athletic & Recruiting Mentors
We provide a sounding board for young athletes looking to learn from those who have competed at the highest level. Our time competing on the GB Rowing Team has allowed us to develop expertise and gain a clear understanding of the skills necessary to compete at the highest level.
Whilst at Yale and Cal we witnessed year on year how the recruiting process unfolded. We learnt from the coaches what characteristics they were looking for and how getting the right athletes can build a winning team. When we work with athletes we instill these characteristics into our teachings.
Through our time in the sport we have developed a vast network across the U.S collegiate environment. We have a clear understanding of how college recruiters think and operate and what they are looking for.
